This is a 60-minute gentle beginner-to-moderate level class for those seeking to ease their way into Yoga for the first time or for those with prior experience in need of a refresher.
Our focus is on the essential postures, their foundation to increase whole body awareness, back and hip flexibility, inspire strength, balance and calmness.
Yoga Props Offered.
All levels are welcome, but it is designed for beginners.
