Breathwork Workshop at Our Space!

 Breathwork is a transformational healing modality that has the power to heal. We will unite as a community and bring conscious awareness to our breath.

As we come together to create a safe space we will embark on our own individual journey within, we will have plenty of space for group reflection/sharing.

Come with your journal, blanket, eye mask, and any other tools that feel supportive for you on your journey!
