This class is filled with tremendous GRATITUDE for everyone who has supported and continues to support us as we co-create our Safe and Sacred SPACE on and off the mat.
OUR SPACE is the place where you can show up just as you are and utilize the healing benefits that yoga, pranayama, and meditation offer.
If you can afford to donate, we would appreciate it. Your donations go directly back into The Space for new equipment, props, the ability to host free classes, etc.
Props and modifications will be offered for all levels of practitioners.
You must bring your own yoga mat. If you do not have your own yoga mat, you can purchase one or rent a mat, from our lifestyle boutique. (rentals limited - based upon availability)
