Join us in a new way to improve, explore, refine, and advance traditional poses on the mat and in the air.
Open your mind and body while building flexibility, increasing your range of motion, and strengthening your whole body. The hammock uses your body’s natural weight in union with or defying the beautiful pull of gravity.
When we hang upside down, we work in union with gravity to create space in the body. When we climb up the hammock and in various other poses, we learn to defy gravity's pull.
Aerial yoga is exhilarating, uplifting, athletic and relaxing.
*Clothing must be without zippers, snaps, sequences, or sharp items that may tear the hammock. Also, please note that sharp jewelry is not permitted. Kindly refrain from heavy perfume and lotions. Also, please be cognitive of personal hygiene.
Pre-register on MindBody for Aerial to ensure a hammock. Space is limited.
