After School Aerial Yoga Series

Aerial Yoga is an exciting way for a child to begin learning proprioception or the understanding of the body in space. It quickly develops COORDINATION, BALANCE and STRENGTH, while promoting postural alignment.

The body if sully supported by a yoga hammock so that children of all ages can safely enjoy hangin' out!

Absolutely no jewelry, exposed zippers, buttons, hair pins. Armpits and legs should be covered.

Children with back or neck injuries should not participate without a doctor's clearance.
