Heat improves circulation and metabolism and strengthens the cardiovascular system. Sweating aids in detoxifying the body and rejuvenates the skin.  It also has an additional benefit of being detoxifying due to the amount sweat your able to produce.

Bring two large towels to cover your mat, hand or face towel, lot's of water and be prepared to be challenged, dive deeper into your practice and self while having fun.
