Join Jen & Nicole to learn about the chakra system followed by a 90-minute chakra balancing restorative class with incorporation of Blue Ridge Hemp CBD and doTerra essential oils.

Poses will be held for longer periods to allow the body’s connective tissues to relax and release.

No previous experience required.
