Limber up, release your inner desert animal, let go and flow in this Mixed Levels Intuitive Desert Vinyasa Flow.
We will start slowly, warming the body, building even more heat and steady, unique movements into a total body fun flow!
We will tap into the natural dry heat of our Central Valley.
The special desert playlist will have long builds, ecstatic drops, and trippy tribal-and-house-influence grooves.
We will offer cool essential oil-infused “eye-pillows” for savasana & refreshing-hydrating fruit-infused water after class.

Prepare for your Hot Yoga Class:
• Wear lightweight, breathable fabrics that can wick away your sweat.
Bring a HOT YOGA MAT OR HOT YOGA TOWEL to place over your yoga mat, which may get a little slippery once you start sweating.
Consider bringing a small towel for your face and hands. And or wear a headband and or wrist bands to capture the sweat.
Bring a large, insulated water bottle filled with cold water that you can sip throughout your hot yoga session.
Due to covid the water cooler is closed, but we have small bottles of water for sale. $2 cash only.

1.It is detoxifying due to the amount sweat your able to produce. (given that what you are sweating out is water soluble, not all toxins are water soluble)
