Intro to yoga – Back to the basics series was designed with one simple concept: Every time we step on our mats we are all at the beginning.

This series is designed with a two-pronged approach. For those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. As well as for those who have had exposure to yoga, but want to explore, deepen and grow their own practice.

We have yoga mat's, props, everything you need to begin your practice. All you need to do is come in comfortable clothing with an open heart and mind. Hands together in prayer pose, Namaste
