This Yoga Challenge begins January 1, 2022 – January 31, 2022. The challenge will be done online only except the very last day we will gather in the studio! Details below.
Meeting your highest self on your yoga mat – Call in the peace.
Just like we do in yoga asana, you will learn how to meditate by practicing meditation one minute one day at a time.
Call to action: Mindfulness Practices
On January 1st practice mediation for just one minute. For each consecutive day, you will add one more minute. For example, January 2nd = meditation for 2 minutes, January 3rd = mediation for 3 minutes, etc. until you reach 31 Minutes of mediation on 1.31.2022.
We will meet at The Space Yoga studio on Monday, January 31st for our in-person group meditation. We will sit together in silence and meditate for 31 minutes. Our meditation will be followed by sound healing, journaling sharing our experiences about what we learned along our journey, while we sip a calming Ayurvedic Tea.
The winner will be announced, and the prizes will be awarded on January 31, 2022.
Everyone who enters and completes the challenge will be entered to win! The Winner will be chosen at random.
