Please join us, Jen Kramling CMT, 200 RYT + Kristen McQuaide 500 RYT, LEVITYoGA Teacher Trainer, Owner Director of The Space for a nourishing afternoon of using our own bodies healing ability coupled with its natural weight surrendering to gravity to invite healing in those closest to us.
You will learn how to safely aid in taking your partners stretches further. How to do basic yet very effective traditional and Thai massage techniques. You will each have an opportunity to practice and receive this bodywork with your partner.
Benefits from this type of bodywork include increased circulation, increased range of motion, decrease in pain, decrease in stress, decreased recovery time, which will also allow your partners bodies to recover faster and help relieve minor aches and pains.
