Please join Nicole Saputo 200 HR RYT and Alona Wasilchuk Yoga/Barre certified instructor for an ALL LEVELS 3 part Date Night Partner Workshop. 

Valentines Day - Wednesday February 14th

Hot Chocolate Mini Bar + Sweet & Savory treats served after. 

The workshop will begin with a 30 minute ALL LEVELS yoga flow led by Nicole, which will be dedicated to warming and loosening the body in preparation for partner stretching.

Then, they will instruct the class on how to effectively and safely leverage the weight of your partner’s body to effortlessly create space and lengthen muscles in a way that is traditionally hard to access alone.

To close, Nicole and Alona will lead you through a few basic and mid level partner “acro” poses to finish the night with some flying.
