Another local community member, WES NELSON - SOUND HEALER just offered to join us Thanksgiving morning to DONATE HIS ENERGY & HEALING SOUNDS TO YOUR SAVASANA!
We are partnering with our hot and delicious neighbors, Component Coffee Lab whom have generously offered to donate their special locally brewed coffee to all the yogis after class.
We are so grateful and honored also to have Wes Nelson join our tribe this morning. He offers unique and powerful ancient modalities of healing through sound and plant spirit medicine. Plant Spirit Medicine is based on ancient Chinese 5 Element Medicine with the indigenous practice of using plant spirits for healing. It is a deep, powerful, yet subtle medicine that brings us back to balance, gently removing barriers to living a full, joyful life.
This is a class filled with tremendous GRATITUDE for all of YOU whom support us and continue to co-create our SPACE. This sacred space to practice all the healing that yoga asana + meditation offers.
All Levels Class. Props and modifications and variations will be offered for all levels of practitioners.

We kindly ask that you bring your own mat if you have one. If you don't we have some to borrow! (based upon availability)
