What to expect from your Warm Vinyasa Class.
This warm vinyasa class is your introduction to the world of hot yoga. The studio is not nearly as hot as traditional Hot Vinyasa Classes, which are traditionally heated to 100-105 degrees.
Warm Vinyasa is only heated to 85-90 Degrees. There are fewer poses and the flow is practiced at a slower, patient pace.
Prepare for your Warm Classes
Hydrate accordingly days before your hot class
Consider bringing a small towel for your face and hands. And or wear a headband and or wrist bands to capture the sweat.
Wear lightweight, breathable fabrics that can wick away your sweat.
Bring a large, insulated water bottle filled with cold water that you can sip throughout your hot yoga session.
The water cooler is open for fresh ice-cold filtered water for free but you must bring your own water bottle. From our boutique have small water bottles for sale. $2 cash or Venmo only. @thespacevisalia
REQUIRED
HOT YOGA MAT OR HOT YOGA TOWEL to place over your yoga mat, which may get a little slippery once you start sweating.

Rentals: Hot towel rentals are available for $5. (based on availability)
